Today, October 4, 2010, in a unanimous vote, the Atlanta City Council passed 10-R-1734, a resolution detailing twelve Community Benefits Principles to be included in all development using tax allocation district dollars (TAD) in the forty-five neighborhoods along the Atlanta BeltLine.
